Ok so I have the medium size and it is too big. The very loose sand material feels more like pajama bottoms or used for a spring day rather than a winter. So if you buy it, you will get your normal size. No need to take a larger size or go up. Sorry for my pics but I tried lol thanks I hope this helped you
