Ah, there's nothing quite like being a single woman turning 50 during a pandemic. I decided to go to Las Vegas and bought this for a photoshoot. I have to say it was quite surprising how depressed I was in the last minutes of my 40s, but the moment I put the crown on I felt a sense of accomplishment. For all the ups and downs of the first 50 years of my life, for the wisdom I've gained over the years, for the friendships I've made and for the experiences I've had. I deserve a good crown! And it's a really good weight too! I was really expecting something cheaper and lighter, but it was a respectable crown! I've walked the strip to be around people (and still safely avoid them due to Covid) and had random strangers wishing me a happy birthday so it was pretty fun :)
