Now that the desk is assembled, I quite like it and it works wonderfully for what I need. The covering over the wood looks nice and it's held up well to use so far. However, when trying to assemble this desk, it was so difficult to put together. Many of the drilled holes on the particle board for the metal pieces did not line up. It took two of us holding and bend pieces of the desk to get everything put together. The desk tops were actually the worst part, where some of the drilled holes were an inch off from lining up with the legs.
