We ordered this for our 9 month old cat. She scratched/scratched the furniture. We have tried many products with minimal results. But this tower seems to interest her the most, and she uses it often. My daughter assembled it and broke something and we had to call customer service. They sent a new one the same day, with vSo I have to say the customer service was hassle free. We love the product and so does our cat!
