Use a hair dryer to smooth out wrinkles

Super soft. The dark gray color is more like a real khaki than in the photos (more "beige" in the photo), but still comfortable. The small pillow had a pinch that came out when I opened it but other than that everything was as expected. There were a lot of creases, but after half an hour of drying with a hair dryer, they were all gone. It was amazing to see wrinkles melt away with a little heat and air. After vacuuming it looked very fluffy. Many customer photos looked very flat, but now mine looks pretty close to the product photo.
