Review on Under Armour Men's HeatGear Armour 2.0 6-inch Compression Shorts – Enhanced Performance and Comfort by David Reyes

Not as comfortable as before; mediocre value

I bought three pairs of these plus size shorts a few years ago. They were durable, comfortable, and suited my needs well. After training in them for several years, they showed heavy wear, so I decided to order the shorts from Under Armor. Compared to the previous version, they have a wider waistband, which may or may not be an improvement depending on your build. . They also generally appear smaller/denser than they used to be. Since I've lost about 30 pounds since the previous order, this came as a bit of a surprise. I was thinking of switching to medium and that would be a total disaster. The placement of the seams is very positive. If you train on a bike, rowing machine, or other piece of equipment that you sit and move on, you'll appreciate that the seams don't go down the center of your buttocks like some competing products. They also dry fairly quickly, which comes in handy if you exercise more than once a day. Hopefully I'll lose another 15 kilos and then they'll feel better. In other words, if you need compression, get it! The last point is the value. They must have looked at other products like bikinis and bras when developing their pricing model. Competing manufacturers are selling similar products at half the price. I bought a pair from another manufacturer and they are $14 for one and I assume the price would have been even lower if I had bought a three pack. At this point, you'll still come out smooth even if they only last half as long. I will write a review of the competing version of TSLA once I return what I received and receive the product I ordered.
