They are supplied in a sturdy pull tab box and three brocade drawstring pouches. Each instrument comes with a small black cloth for cleaning/wiping. I have another gua sha tool that I use regularly, but I don't have any other tools similar to the two in this set. There are no instructions for use, so I think the one with the hole is meant to be put on your fingers like a ring. It has pointed areas for targeted pressure. A long, narrow instrument is great for targeting trigger points. I've used it to press on some painful trigger points near my collarbones and it's worked really well. I'm less sure what the rounded, spoon-like end of the tool is for. They're all made out of what looks like *any* natural stone. Whether it's actually rose quartz or not, I don't know. It is naturally colored like a stone, and it is cold and heavy like a stone. The details are all well polished and smooth.
