too fragile for kitchen and dining room use

They arrived with a chipped lid or two which I chose to ignore. However, when I used them for T-Day leftovers, pieces fell off all over the place - the plastic is very brittle and when the corner is lifted to open it just snaps off. Don't buy this. I hope to use them at least once as I doubt they will hold up to washing and drying.
