I consider myself amazingly fastidious, but I hate collecting things. Even if it's common sense/obvious when I need to put things together, what's wrong with just putting down a piece of paper that shows you what to do? I had to refer to a photo to attach the metal fasteners when all they could do was insert a plain sheet of paper with the correct instructions. Since they don't care, I knew right away that I would give this one a star. I love it and it fits where I want it, but this neglect to include instructions in the packaging tells me more about the honesty of the seller/manufacturer than whether I liked the product. Other reviewers have said the same thing, but we're willing to ignore it. However, I am not, and here I stand. I hope they improve this in the future.
