I liked that they are very professional and really know their stuff. They do great work for us as well! The only thing I dislike about them was that we didn't get any updates from them after our first project finished which made me feel like it wasn't going so well or it just went bad somehow but that's because of my fault for not communicating better with them. Our business has been in trouble lately and this agency helped us turn things around by putting together some good press releases and social media campaigns to attract new clients.
