For a while I've tried to take intermittent fasting more seriously, but every time I've tried it in the past I've felt a little out of my element. I'm hungry and I can't concentrate. I figured maybe I'm doing it wrong so after some research via google I found out that the keto diet and IF provide essential minerals and electrolytes that the body needs to function at optimal levels. I saw their founder on Instagram a while ago but didn't know about this product until recently. He's a smart guy who has been in the keto industry for several years and I recommend checking out his social media accounts to learn more about the brand by doing due diligence (@jonno & @akimbofasting on IG) All that said, this company understands the product they are adding to this supplement and IT WORKSI has felt great using it for the past week. I will wake up in the morning and take 3 pills, get a black coffee and get to work. They say after 3-4 hours if you want to stay in ketosis take 3 more pills and keep rocking. has helped me curb my appetite, stay focused throughout the day, and become more productive. I'm happy to report that I've also saved money by not having to eat breakfast or lunch, and I shred my dinners with no guilt :) All in all, I would definitely recommend this product to anyone dealing with an IF- or keto diet is starting, and for those who are currently on IF or keto, give it a try and see how it gets you into ketosis even faster.
