Part of the sleeve is NOT sewn on!

At first we thought the shirt was ok apart from my husband having concerns about the length of the sleeve (too long) on his arm and wanted to return it. BUT when I packed the return I found that one of the sleeves wasn't even fully buckled! A $25 shirt and it arrived with a hole in the seam that was over an inch long!
