Review on πŸŽ’ Osprey Packs Tropos Laptop Backpack for Enhanced SEO by Marisa Sath

10/10 would buy again

I've only had this for about 2 weeks and I use it to take my stuff to work (driving to work, no walk to work New York). But so far so good. Paid about $115 for it. TL, DR; standing is good. Mesh back, like a table chair, with a gap to a solid back - that's good. Well done with attention to detail. Enough extra organization without getting in the way. Holds a ton but shrinks nicely with compression straps. The mesh back was the main reason I chose this model. I sweat a lot. The grille is even better than I expected. It's tight, like a mesh chair back, with a gap of about 2 inches to the hard back of the bag and a few inches around the edge. Excited about my next trip to really wear it for a while. Kickstand is a game changer. Works perfectly. There is a frame that goes from the front bottom to the corners, up to the hinge about 1/3 of the way top to bottom on the back. There is also a border around the outer edge on the back. The actual frame tube is perhaps 1/8 inch in diameter. Minimal waste of space compared to my old Thule Crossover. In my opinion, organization is what you need. Not too much but enough to do what you need. The laptop compartment is padded but not oversized like the others. The frame keeps the bottom of the laptop from touching the ground if you drop it too quickly. The main compartment is quite large. Enough for a lunch box, laptop chargers, some of my small books and notebooks, 1 set of gowns and gym clothes. Good zippers, can be opened very wide. This is the only bag with a double zipper, while the rest is simple and all closes on one side. So you can quickly find the right bag. Smart Move There is a mini pocket. mini bag. Easy to find and open. The organization bag now only has 3 built-in pockets. Enough for me. The front pocket is a cute pocket-bag hybrid with a vertical zip and Velcro closure at the top. I think it's a good place to put on a winter hat or something. The compression straps make it easy to compress the bag when you're on the go and easy enough to release the compression when you need it. Shoulder straps are good. I'm not exactly sure what to do with the setting above, but I think it's good to have such an option? If you are interested in the features of the bag, I recommend it. The best backpack I've ever had. I'll search the Osprey for bags I'll need in the future.
