I really liked the phone at first. It was a bit difficult to set up due to the many features, but once set up everything worked well. At least that was the case for several months. Now the tube stops temporarily. Research online shows that this is a common problem that stems from the poor quality battery contacts used in the phone. The batteries are fine, the phone just doesn't notice and turns itself off. The return date for the Revain is long overdue and there's no point in sending it back to Panasonic for repairs as it's a design flaw and they just put the same crappy parts in there, assuming they're duplicating or even acknowledging the problem. Very disappointed, always respected the Panasonic brand.
