The piece of fabric that wraps around your arm doesn't stretch at all. If I put it on my arm when my biceps don't flex, the fabric won't stretch when I flex and it will be uncomfortable to squeeze my arm. If I tighten it on my arm with my biceps flexed, the sleeve loosens and falls over my arm as my biceps relax. The other features (many pockets, well thought-out hole and flap sizes, etc.) are great and that's the only reason I can give this one 2 stars instead of 1. But it doesn't serve its primary purpose of keeping the phone handy during runtime.
