My money is wasted, the product is terrible.

I purchased it, and a month after that, it began to turn off randomly. I took it to the service center in Muryzhali for two months. As a consequence of this, I was required to take it to a different service center, where they made the necessary adjustments; nevertheless, the guarantee for the initial repair center was not extended. They are unable to communicate in any way that is understandable while calling Samsung. I don't know how many times Samsung has screwed me up like this =( Oh man, I can't believe Apple doesn't have any of these issues.
