The wallet is larger than I expected which is very valuable. The ears are a bit flimsy but I think weighing them down will help straighten them. My only complaint is not with the seller but with whoever was involved in the delivery. I was expecting the package to be delivered to my door but instead found it jammed in the mailbox. It took too much effort and time to remove it, I was afraid that the wallet would be damaged. Luckily not! Just a few dents, but hardly noticeable. While I would rate the delivery of this product as terrible, that has nothing to do with my rating of the product itself. In general, I really like the bag and I enjoy using it!
