Reliable answer services even during off-hours

The ability to have all my business related questions answered by someone who has the expertise I need at the moment with just a few clicks makes it so much easier than having to try and find people myself. It would be great if we could change our messages and answers but as long as it keeps working well then it's not an issue. We are able to quickly identify issues within our system and fix them easily without needing to spend hours finding out what is causing problems ourselves. The ability to have an automated response system without paying exorbitant rates is great. It's also very easy to navigate with all the options available. I wish they had more customization features but it does what we need. We are trying to use this as our main phone line so there isn't much room for improvement at this point. Our business has been growing rapidly since adding the automation aspect which allows us to focus on other areas.

  • Very intuitive, powerful software that meets most needs when used properly (which can depend in part upon user experience)
Cons
  • Can get slow during peak times or high traffic periods; some basic HTML formatting capabilities should come standard along side templates
