Not sealed. Cleanliness is questionable
These eyeshadow applicators came in an unsealed plastic box. They were jumbled up inside, as if someone had opened the box. Two days after using it, one of my eyes became inflamed. It may just be a coincidence, but I doubt it. The box is very nice as it has a latch to open and close. The applicators have a tip that feels more like memory foam than the spongy stuff I'm used to from eyeshadow applicators. The shadows were a little different than usual. It stuck to the applicator more than it did to my eyelid. If these applicators were sealed and sterile I would give them 3 stars.
