I like that it can be used with multiple carriers (AT&T/Verizon). It is easy for me as an owner of my own fleet business because all our drivers are in one system so we don't have issues tracking them down if they get lost! They also provide great customer service which makes things easier too since you know your account manager will help resolve anything quickly. Sometimes there might not always show up right away but usually within minutes once notified by email about their status change. We use this mainly just internally at work where everyone has access anyway however sometimes other companies do request us to share info through out website etc..
