Let's start by saying that I am a professional groomer and I take care of dogs of all sizes. I and others have tried using this system and we all agreed on that. It's mainly for big dogs riding low, small dogs jump right in and it's so frustrating to spend 15 minutes trying to find the right height that you eventually give up. . I ended up modifying the strap to be adjustable with a push handle and added more padding to the stomach area. Generally not worth your money. I would look for something that is easier to set up for medium to small dogs of different sizes.
