Email address and they confirmed that the filters are "custom" and a filter life of 3000 hours (125 continuous days; 4 months) should be enough for a 1 year warranty. So after 3000 hours you have to throw away this device and buy something else. or at least I would buy something else with filters that I could replace and use the real device for a couple of years.
