I love how easy it was to use once we installed our account with them! We had an employee quit without giving proper notice so there were no other employees who would be able or willing know what they needed for their job duties (it's very specific).

The only way you can get help from anyone at all about anything relating this type of program has been difficult - not impossible but almost as if your just wasting time trying instead go straight up front line customer support where someone probably will try hard enough until THEY figure out something helpful anyway even though its usually still going over YOUR head by then anyways..
