Review on Series 5000 Electric Shavers - Philips SH50/50 Blade Replacement by Mary Hawkins

I don't know what to do with this but I hope I caught a defective set. The old Norelco 4000 series shaver has been a staple of my morning routine for at least 7 years. I've been pretty lazy with replacement heads and only changed them every 2-3 years so this was my third replacement (fourth set of heads). Every time I get a new set of heads the swap goes smoothly and I spend less time shaving each morning as the new heads can handle my daily growth faster. This replacement was a painful ordeal from the moment I touched the new heads to my chin. These heads regularly tugged at my beard no matter how slowly or carefully I ran the razor across my face. The jaw and upper lip were the worst, but neither area was pain free. I agonized over this for a month to see if it got any better after the break-in period, but now I realize I shouldn't have been so generous as I just passed the return window. These heads are sent to the trash can. My face and wallet are praying for the next set to be better.
