I have used many clippers over the years. While this is my favorite, it's small and fits comfortably in your hand. Clips great and fast. The sound is much better than a regular clipper, it's more of a buzz than the typical buzz you hear. I cut my hair and facial hair with it. I've used it with no guide, just a no pull hair clipper, just a clean cut. I bought it to replace the one I use to cut my hair. Ordering another one for my pet's haircut. This thing is a lot quieter than the others and it should really help with her haircut anxiety. it also vibrates a lot less. I like that the blades are easy to remove for cleaning. The price is great.
