This drug is great if you want to stop mouth breathing while you sleep! It stays in place even when you have cosmetic or medical gum on your lips, which many of us do in our dry winter homes. It doesn't move at all at night, more than I can say of other useless (much more expensive) products. In fact, it can be a little difficult to exercise in the morning. While it doesn't cause an allergic reaction on my skin, it does more than I can tell about other types of surgical tape. I use scissors to cut it out. And the price is right. When I run out I will definitely buy more. Actually, maybe I should stock up.
