The watch itself has no GPS, it uses the phone's GPS to which you sync it. This wouldn't be a problem if the application could actually replicate the data back to the clock. This means GPS data isn't sent back to the watch, so your distances are tracked step by step, which is very inaccurate and won't save your workout data. This watch has a terrible design and I will not buy it again. And yes, I read the damn manual.
