Review on Wii Zapper: Master Link's Crossbow Training with the Official Accessory by David Stover

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Wii loves zappers!

What great value for money for Wii, Legend of Zelda and shooter fans! Featuring twenty-seven action-packed levels based on the Twilight Princess, the player is immersed in a rich environment while shooting classic targets, pots and a variety of enemies. Earn medals in Score Attack mode to unlock all levels. In multiplayer mode, you take turns with your friends to find out which of you is the best shooter. Hone your skills in Practice mode and work toward elusive goals in stages you find challenging so you'll be prepared next time in Score Attack mode. Holding the remote and nunchuck more firmly than planks and tape, the zapper feels very comfortable for both right- and left-handed users. Having grown up with Nintendo products, I expected this gadget to be a great addition to the Wii. I'm glad the company continues to live up to its reputation for hardware and software for all levels of play. Looking ahead, Nintendo will release future shooters that can be adapted to Zapper so players can enjoy its ease of use. The only things I think would make this bundle even better is the plastic sleeve for the game disc instead of the paper sleeve that Wii Sports was launched in, and the availability of additional tiers through the Wii Shopping Channel.
