. A month later I noticed a throbbing sensation when braking at medium to high speeds. I wasn't sure if it was the old front rotors or the new rear rotors, so I jacked up my car, removed the wheels, and tried spinning the rotors by hand. Both rear rotors can't spin smoothly, they touch the brake pads (and yes I released the emergency brake so it should spin freely). This means that the brake discs are so badly deformed that they still scratch the brake pads even with normal driving and no pressure on the brakes. This is just terrible.
