To be expected at this price. I knew from the reviews that this isn't the highest quality set and some of the tops would probably fall off, but that wasn't a problem for me as I just wanted a 3 year old girl to open it for her birthday. The tops of the rings are simply glued on with a hot glue gun and I was amused that there was a hot glue gun stick in the box for repairs when the tops of the rings came loose. While not everyone has a hot glue gun, thanks to the seller for acknowledging the issue.
