I haven't used a pillow for years do to my neck problems. I usually wake up in worse shape if I use one. I took a risk and bought this one knowing I can customize it. Once I received it, I immediately started to break it down and removed enough stuffing to my liking. I slept with it last night and this is the first time I've slept with a pillow in probably 3 years without neck pain. The memory foam is very forgiving and takes shape to your head and neck giving really great support where its needed. I'm very happy with my purchase.
