Good but bad battery performance

I had an earlier version of this keyboard that was battery operated and didn't have backlit keys. First, the backlight is a big plus. Now I don't have to look for the light at night when I'm checking the news. Also, I noticed a real improvement in connectivity. While the previous version had a few missing letters when waking up the keyboard, this version connects to my MacBook almost immediately. Unfortunately, there are two problems with batteries. First of all, I've only managed to use four days of it, and I don't write a novel - I just reply to messages. Next comes the charger itself. Previous reviews said it was a USB-C connector, like my MB Air, but that's not the case. This is a smaller, proprietary port. If it was a USB-C port, I could just plug it in with the MB charging cable. Instead, I have to charge it separately, which means it doesn't work for several hours every week. Otherwise, the keyboard deserves 4 stars.

Pros
  • COMPACT AND LIGHT: Measuring only 30 x 12 x 2 cm, the iPad keyboard fits easily in a purse, briefcase or backpack and can be taken anywhere. And it's so light you can barely see it
Cons
  • Not bad
