Review on Secret Task Force Squad by David Turner

Revainrating 5 out of 5

It grew on us on my review.

Honestly, we got this game to take on a big family vacation because a lot of people can play. I didn’t have huge expectations for it but it was cheap and looked like something we would play at least a few times. However, once we started playing it it quickly grew on us. It’s very fun, easy to learn, and quick. We had an age range of 14-72 playing and everyone had fun. Not only do you get to try to figure out who is on your team, but you get to learn a little bit about everyone too! In fact, you could easily use the cards simply as "conversation starters” without playing the game. When we played we would finish the round and THEN talk/laugh about the answers people gave ("really dad? You enjoy vacuuming?”). Anyway, highly recommended to play with a group of family/friends. Gamewright games have quickly become a favorite brand for my family. They just make very fun, very affordable games. Buy it! :)

Pros
  • Board Games
Cons
  • Despite the catchy name, the Secret Task Force Squad lacks a clear purpose or mission statement, making it difficult to understand what they are working towards
