ATTENTION TO THE BUYER! smelly!

VERY STINK! Don't waste money! It's a very nice bookshelf, but the smell is terrible. When I picked it up, I noticed a slight smell. It smells like glue/paint. When all this was gathered, I put it in the room of a two-year-old child. After 2 hours when it was time for bed the smell in my son's room was overwhelming! I put the shelf outside for the night hoping that would help. NO! I left him out for 2 more nights. So far the terrible chemical smell has not been able to be got rid of. It's been almost a week, I think I'll have to throw it away. I was thinking of selling it but I don't want innocent children to suffer the ill effects of the smell of this shelf.
