Review on Tide Febreze Defense Laundry Active by Michaela Hughes

I had 7 items of clothing that didn't matter how often or how well I washed them, never smelled clean. My gym clothes and my husband's work clothes always smelled sour. I've tried all sorts of detergents. I tried washing them in the disinfection functions, I even tried dousing them with boiling water in the sink. I got to the point where I just wanted to throw them away. I decided to try this product as a last resort after reading some good reviews online. I'm so glad I did. I threw the offending parts in the washing machine with two flood packs and the regular wash cycle. They have a very strong smell. Even throughout the house I could smell detergent while the washing machine was running. The smell is not bad, just very strong. After they finished washing and drying I took them out of the dryer and for the first time in a MONTH they smelled clean. I won't be using these capsules for everything, our regular detergent works fine for the rest of our clothes but it's nice to know there is something that actually works for the tough stuff.
