Poor quality materials
Headphones purchased January 6, 2015. They cost about the same as around $70, maybe a little more. Now I have to throw them away because the wires have become very soft and sticky. The reason is obvious - the low quality of materials, typical of cheap headsets. I don't think 70โฌ is cheap. Most articles say DEHP is the cause (google it), which is also bad for health. If you use them outdoors a lot, you might run into the same problem much sooner. By the way, the cable in the wires is too thin, so I had to repair the remote control several times.
