Great template, but make the necessary adjustments so you don't end up with a complete mess. See my review for tips.

I made my first one and just want to add something. I've been making toys for about 9 years now. While this pattern is easy to understand, it makes no sense and needs to be changed. Do not sew the legs to the body until you have sewn on the belly. Just do not. There is barely enough fabric between the legs and the bottom of the side panel to sew securely. My fabric was torn on both sides of the back legs. Terrible mess. He also "twisted" the body when it was all done. Looks like, like my kite is lying on its side. No need to cut holes for the horns - pic A - just make cuts. That will do. I'm also tempted to sew the head to the body with a sewing machine (not by hand), leaving the bottom near the tail open for stuffing. Much more careful. I had terrible stitches. My #1 tip is to use quality fabrics. If you use fleece, buy a good one. Mine was torn at the edges. I used cotton for the horns, which worked great. The felt can be a bit thick. Great toy when done right. I used safety eyes. The felt can be a bit thick. Great toy when done right. I used safety eyes. The felt can be a bit thick. great toy, if done right. I used safety eyes.
