TLD: This was the first Zigbee I've ever plugged into my outlet and I'm very happy with it. Works perfectly. I'm a complete novice when it comes to basic house wiring - I've changed some switches and outlets a few times but that's the limit of my experience. However, I found this unit to be relatively easy to install after watching a few YouTube videos. I added it to an existing wall switch that controls my ceiling light and the wiring diagram in the instructions was very clear and easy to follow. After turning on the switch again, the device immediately went into pairing mode and was removed. fast home assistant. FWIW, I'm using Zigbee Home Automation in combination with Sonoff ZBBridge flashed with Tasmota. Another point to add is that I appreciate the design of the connector ports on the device itself. I felt this allowed for a very secure attachment of the wires, which was reassuring because I had to manually manipulate the thing when it came time to slide it back into the switch box. (It's not that the unit is very large, mind you. I was surprised at how small it is, it's just that the electrical boxes are of course a cramped space.) No further comments really - works exactly as advertised. I will definitely be adding more of these to my home.
