Review on High-Performance HHR-55AAABU AAA Ni-MH Rechargeable Batteries (8 Pack) for Panasonic Cordless Phones - 1.2V 550mAh by Jamie Jenkins

I bought this because my Panasonic wireless phone indicated it needed new batteries. The old batteries were rechargeable and the ones I bought had the same characteristics as the old ones, so I assume I bought the right batteries. When I put them in and put the phone back on the charger, the phone wouldn't charge. The phone window prompted me to insert the batteries. Since I did this I have to assume that I either did something wrong, either those batteries were bad, or that particular phone stopped working even with the correct and new batteries. I haven't tried them on any of the phones, I have to see the problem is with the phone or the batteries. If the issue is phone related then my one star rating should be disregarded.
