First, while the design is amazing and the construction itself appears solid, the sizing doesn't hold up. I requested return authorization and a refund which they approved. When I received the RMA I was surprised to see that I had to pay return postage which was around $5 (including the padded envelope) which is just under half the cost of the collar. They said that the return postage is only payable if the item is returned within 30 days. So NOT 100% guaranteed. Yes, it's a small thing, but it's about the principle. Why would someone be charged for returning a defective item?
