Great for lectures
I don't use it at night as suggested on the packet but as recommended by my dentist. She said if you talk a lot, dry mouth gets worse, so use it. She's so right, which really helps. You can speak longer and more clearly, which is especially good when trying to explain difficult points to interested people who lack the basic knowledge. A little is enough, so one tube is probably enough for the whole semester. I think it's excellent value for money. Especially when you consider how much comfort you can achieve with so little effort.
