After setting up this Mini PC to work in a small office, I am very satisfied. It comes pre-configured and licensed with Windows 10 Pro, so you can't beat the price. I had no problems working with him. It handles video, sound, network well. I stumbled upon disk encryption as it is not configured for encryption. After extensive internet searching I was able to find a solution and my C: drive is now encrypted. Overall I am very satisfied and have recently ordered 12 more PCs. I wish the price I paid included 8GB of RAM instead of 4, but unless you're running resource-intensive applications (like Adobe Photoshop, AutoCAD, etc.) it does the job just fine. Your customer service was just outstanding. Tell me when can you get reply within 1 hour on Sunday? Sounds unbelievable when you consider that almost every company today has a degraded help desk. I was impressed. highlighted.
