No chin/neck rest!
I bought this because it was said to offer excellent chin and neck support. Judging by my photo, this is NOT TRUE! I put it on my granddaughter as directed, but when she falls asleep and her head falls forward, BCOZZY moves apart and her head falls forward. No matter how I dress her BCOZZY, it always happens the same. Basically I just threw $25 out the window! WASTE OF MONEY!
