I'm 5ft 5in, 165lbs, wear size 36DD, wear size 8-10 or ML. I got XL and it fits me perfectly. I feel secure in the upper, no random pops or constant adjustments required. So glad to see another design like the tankini back. It's a little sexy but still modest. It's hard to find tops that cover my chest properly and at the same time don't look like a circus tent in the stomach area. It wasn't very tight on my stomach but I don't think it will float like some once you're in the water.
