This unit works very well, I bought it for my boat. The only issue I had was that the descriptions say "Smart Memory - When not plugged in, the device remembers your previous settings, including fan speed and RHT. Once power is restored the settings are applied automatically, which is great for use with an external timer or in the event of a power outage, but if I have a power outage for a week it stays off and won't turn on again , then the humidity of my boat becomes very bad, especially in Florida.
