Review on π Strong & Quick-Grab Aleene's 24964 Fast Tacky Glue, 8oz - Reliable Adhesive for Various Crafts by Kelsey Brown
It's sticky glue.
Used to trim two RV lampshades I was remodeling. This stuff worked great! Put a drop of glue on the diagonal tape, wrap it around the lampshade and fold over the bias tape to finish gluing. I simply pressed the bias binding on both sides with my fingers and it stayed in place. Put a little more glue on the ends and fold over and it stays that way! I'm not sure if it works on everything, but it definitely worked on lampshades. See photos before and after. I used "styrene pressure sensitive adhesive sheet" to make the center part.
