If you're looking for great customer service at a reasonable price this is definitely the place! I've been using them for years now and haven't experienced anything negative yet. Their pricing structure is very simple and easy to understand which makes managing my accounts much easier than other providers. It was nice having all of our websites hosted in one location instead of multiple servers scattered across various locations. We were able to take advantage of their CDN as well which helped improve load times on each site we host.
