Knitted material in my review
The shoes, which I only had for about 3 months, started falling apart. The knitted material the shoes are made of doesn't stand up to strength training. These are not the best training shoes. Just go for a walk every day.

Cons
- Make sure you order one size larger when ordering. So if you are a size 10, order an 11.
