Edit: 5/2017 - Fan speeds at low to medium RPM stopped working again in January. Fan motor replaced, no change. Looks like the resistance died again after 4 years. At least a cheap replacement part. First review: I bought this because my air conditioning/heating suddenly stopped working properly. This only works at high levels - nothing comes through the vents when set to low, low, medium, or medium. At @$$, it was difficult to get to the resistance of the lawnmower behind the glove box. You've got about 2.5 inches of room to work, so you better have small hands! Two hex head screws screwed into the resistor disconnected the resistor's wiring harness (my existing wiring and the wiring harness itself looked fine so I took a chance and didn't use the wiring harness included in this kit). new ones, screwed in, wires connected, battery reconnected, truck on and voila! Now I have all 4 fan speeds running. Good buy.
