Review on Sunbeam Cordless 1500 Watt Anti Drip GCSBNC 200 by Alejandro Dabney

The best iron I've ever had.

Irons, both cheap and expensive, and read every review on each. In the end, I chose this Sunbeam cordless/cordless iron because every negative review I've read about any cordless iron said the same thing. Cordless irons lose heat very quickly. So I figured this was the best way to get the best of both worlds - cordless for quick ironing while I sew, and corded when I need to iron all my clothes. When I first started using this iron, I realized a few things. First, I made the right choice. This iron is lightweight and easy to use whether it's attached to or detached from the docking station; This iron heats up faster and hotter than Arizona tarmac on an August afternoon, and I have to be the only person to put my cordless iron back on the charger while I straighten and straighten the clothes I'm ironing. I mean I don't understand the negative reviews. How can you iron a whole shirt without putting the iron down and when you put it down why not just put it on the base to let it heat up again? It only takes 10 or 15 seconds when the temperature is set to cotton and less at a lower temperature. I made a little experiment - I measured the time the iron loses heat in wireless mode. At lower temperatures, such as B. Synthetics, it took about 30 seconds for the warning light to come on. At higher temperatures, such as such as cotton and linen, it took a minute or more for the warning light to come on. After putting the iron back on the base to charge, it took less than 15 seconds to restore the original temperature and be ready to go again at all temperatures. So you can easily iron a garment, place the iron on the base, adapt the garment to the new piece and continue ironing at a comfortable pace without much delay. However, if you iron differently, simply attach the charging station to the iron and you can iron non-stop without heat loss. Personally, I have used my cordless iron more often. If you're looking for a cordless iron but aren't sure if it's right for you, try the Sunbeam cordless/corded iron. It's a little more expensive than a regular iron, but it's worth every penny more. It's lightweight, easy to use, well made, easy to fill, easy to clean, does its job perfectly and you can't beat the versatility of using it cordless, plugged in, or even as an upright steamer.
